It is an acrylic emulsion based primer with high adhesion strength, applied to ceramics before applying ceramic coating to increase adhesion.

Areas of Use

It is used on ceramic, glassy, ​​mosaic or wooden surfaces to increase adhesion or reduce the absorbency of the surface.

  • Applied before cement and gypsum based coatings, it prevents rapid water loss in the mortar.
  • Has high resistance to moisture.

Application

  • The surface to be applied must be solid, free of all kinds of dirt, oil, dust and frost, clean and dry.
  • The surface must not contain loose and weak parts, cement grout, pooled water, coatings, etc. foreign substances and other contaminants.
  • The surface must be cleaned with high-pressure water or abrasive equipment and made suitable.
  • Mix with a low-speed mixer for at least 3 minutes in a clean container or in its own packaging, free of all substances that prevent adhesion. Do not add foreign substances.
  • A single layer is applied to the surface with a brush or roller. It is recommended to perform a preliminary test for different applications. If several layers are to be applied, a minimum of 1 hour should be waited between layers and a minimum of 3 hours should be waited for the final layer application.
  • It is not used as a waterproofing material alone.
