It is a cement-based, single component, polymer and fiber added thick plaster mortar.

Areas of Use

  • On brick and stone walls.

Surface Preparation

The application surface must be solid and clear of substances that will reduce adhesion. The application surface must be moistened and saturated with water on hot and windy days.

To mix up

The appropriate amount of water is taken into the mixing bucket and 25 kg of Ready-Made Plaster Repair Mortar is slowly added. It is mixed with a low-speed mixer for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture is left to mature in the mixing bucket for 5 minutes. Then, the material is mixed again for 20-30 seconds and is ready for application.

Mixing Ratio: For 25 kg of powder: 4.5-5.5 liters of water — For 1 kg of powder product: O, 180-0.220 liters of water

Application

The ready-to-use mixture is applied with a trowel to a previously water-saturated or primed surface, with a thickness not exceeding 2-3 cm. Since it is cement-based, it should be cured with water in hot weather.

Points to Consider

  • When applying Ready-Made Plaster Repair Mortar, if the ambient temperature is below +5°C or above +30°C, suitable temperatures should be waited. Application should not be done in extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
  • Application thickness should be 1-2 cm. In thicker applications, 2 layers should be applied.
  • Water and new material should never be added to the mixture that has started to dry.
