Cement based, single component practical aerated concrete mesh mortar containing filler in special grain size and chemical additives that increase product workability.
The surface to be applied must be cleared of adherence reducing materials such as dust, oil, dirt. The surface must be moistened before application.
The appropriate amount of water is poured into a clean mixing container with the help of a scale. Aerated Concrete Adhesive Mortar is added slowly. It is mixed with a low-speed mixer for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After resting for 5 minutes, the re-mixed material is ready for use.
Mixing Ratio: For 25 kg of powder: 6.0-7.5 liters of water — For 1 kg of powder: 0.240-0.300 liters of water
The prepared mixture should be spread on the horizontal and vertical surfaces of the aerated concrete blocks and should be applied in the same thickness by combing with a 10*10*10 mm comb. The bonding process should be done on the combed mortar within approximately 10 minutes. While knitting, a joint width of maximum 3 mm should be left horizontally and vertically and care should be taken to completely fill the joint gaps with Aerated Concrete Adhesive Mortar.

It should be stored in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, stacked no more than 10 times.
